I'm Tony McBride, a Career Navigation Specialist who is here to help mid to senior career professionals to transition from one career to the next through Career, CV and Interview Coaching.

After spending 15 years in workforce planning within the financial services sector and most recently, the Big4, I gained my experience helping individuals to understand their skills and what roles they are capable of, write CVs to position themselves in the right way and coach on interviews to secure their next roles.

Recognising the challenges of today's market, I set up my business in October 2024 to coach clients privately and I am now dedicated to this as a full-time business.

I help people in 3 main ways.

✅ Career Coaching - helping people to understand the roles they have the transferable skills to do and create a job search strategy to attract them.

✅ CV Writing - Producing industry standard 2 page ATS friendly CVs which make it easy to tailor them for each job application.

✅ Interview Coaching - Setting people up for success with bespoke interview preparation training and mock interview services.

I offer Essentials, Premium and Ultimate tier services to support across varied budgets and I offer combined services based on what clients need most.
